  Resilient: How to Grow and Unshakable Core of Calm, Strength, and Happiness      For Book Two, I’ve decided to read Resilient: How to Grow and Unshakable Core of Calm, Strength, and Happiness by Rick Hanson, PhD. I was really on the fence, as there were so many thoughtful books to choose from. One of the things that drew me to this choice was the student review provided by Professor Hansen. The blogger mentioned that they had a lot of smaller takeaways on various topics, and this piqued my interest. After the last book, I realized my brain is too fried from social media to absorb any content denser than maybe two paragraphs.
